2. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as ThriveCart, Stripe, or PayPal.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at the discretion of Takagi Consulting.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that results vary depending on your participation and actions.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, materials, and resources shared by Jennifer Takagi and Takagi Consulting are protected by copyright. You may not share, copy, or redistribute them without written consent.
4. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
Participate actively and honestly in sessions.
Use the services in good faith and for personal transformation only.
Respect confidentiality and refrain from sharing proprietary information.
5. Limitation of Liability
Takagi Consulting and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or reliance on our materials.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach.
